nailui is committed to secure and transparent payment processing.
1) Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept card payments processed securely at checkout, which may include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Other methods shown at checkout (for example Shop Pay), if enabled
2) Currency and VAT
Orders are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Depending on your delivery destination and store market, this is typically GBP (British Pound Sterling) for United Kingdom orders or USD (United States Dollar) for United States orders.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices for standard United Kingdom customer orders include VAT at the applicable UK rate. United States prices are shown as displayed at checkout and may exclude taxes that are calculated at checkout where applicable.
If you are ordering for delivery outside the United Kingdom or United States, local import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3) Payment Security
All checkout and payment transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through secure payment infrastructure (including Shopify Payments / Shopify’s payment partners where applicable).
4) PCI Compliance
Our payment environment follows PCI DSS standards for card-payment security. nailui does not store full card numbers.
5) Charge Timing
A payment authorization may be performed at checkout to verify your card. The final charge is typically captured when your order is processed or shipped, depending on the payment method.
6) Payment Data Handling
nailui does not store full card numbers. We only retain limited billing/order information and masked payment references as needed for order support and compliance.
